Log a few dates. Discover your patterns.

Plan who you are seeing, then privately reflect on how much you enjoyed the occasion and how comfortable you felt. Date Manager turns those entries into activity, continuity, place and recorded-spending patterns — with your own recap at the end of every period.

Two taps per date. No account to create. One email when it ships, then nothing else.

Insights + Wrapped

A few entries in, the patterns show up.

You log a date in about two taps — the plan, your experience and recorded spend. Date Manager does the rest, turning those details into figures you can actually read: live insights whenever you want them, and a story to swipe through at the end of each period.

  • Your own recapSwipe through activity, repeat dates, places, recorded spend and your personal reflections.
  • Patterns you would not have spottedSee first and repeat dates, the places you visit, recorded spending coverage and your own experience over time. Switch between this month, the last three and year to date.
  • Nobody is grading youNo feed, no comparison, no Date Manager cloud — the figures are private by default, with sharing always in your hands.
  • Two taps a date
  • Reflections, spend and who paid
  • A Wrapped every period
  • Private by default

What it does

Easy to log. Worth reading back.

Not a dating app. A quiet organiser for the part that happens after the match — closer to a diary than to a feed, with no scores or rankings of people.

The payoff

The patterns, not just the totals

Logged and repeat dates, recorded spending, your top places and your own enjoyment and comfort reflections — for the month, quarter or year so far.

Logging a date takes seconds

Confirm it happened, optionally note your enjoyment and comfort, and record who paid what. Every answer is private and every reflection is optional.

Everyone in one list

A name, a photo, interests, where you met and practical notes. Sort by name, last contact or status; labels never change how someone is treated.

A planner you can actually plan on

Month and week views of every date and call. Tap a day to book, press and hold for everything else, and drag a date onto another day to move it.

Know when they are free

Block out the days someone is working, away or busy and they stop coming up as available. The planner stays uncluttered — availability shows only when you go looking for it.

Reminders that arrive in time

Twelve hours before a date, the evening before if you ask, and ahead of a birthday. Everything is scheduled on the phone itself — nothing is sent anywhere, and a name is all a notification ever shows.

Getting going

Three minutes to set up. A few dates to start seeing it.

Add the people

Import a name and number straight from your contacts, or type it in. Give them a status and you are done.

Book it, and be reminded

Tap a day, pick a person, choose a venue and a time. Dates, calls and birthdays remind themselves; anything you miss waits in the notifications tab.

Log how it went

How much you enjoyed it, how comfortable you felt, who paid, and a private line to remember. Leave any answer blank whenever you like.

Pricing

Free to use. Pro when you outgrow it.

One Pro plan, available monthly or yearly. Every limit lifted. No ads, ever — an app like this cannot have them.

Free

Everything below, indefinitely.

  • Up to five people in your list
  • Plan one page ahead — the next week in week view or the next month in month view
  • Reminders, availability and reviews
  • Live insights + your private Wrapped
  • Venues you enter yourself

Pro

An auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. Everything in Free, without the ceilings. The App Store shows the price in your own currency before you subscribe, and you can cancel there at any time.

  • Unlimited people
  • Plan as far ahead as you like
  • Venue search with places near you
  • Sync dates to your device calendar
  • Backup and restore to a file you keep
  • Full outfits, with every item

The small print, plainly

The patterns are yours. So is everything they are built from.

Insights only work if you are honest in what you log, and you will only be honest if this stays private. Date Manager has no account or cloud of its own and never hosts your records. Copies can leave private app storage through a backup, calendar, message, invitation or previewed recap handoff you choose, and through device backups controlled by your phone settings.

  • We never host your records. Date Manager does not upload or host your people, notes, photos, reviews or dating history. There is no account and no Date Manager cloud.
  • Venues are the one thing it looks up. Searching for a place, or importing one from a Maps link, sends your search text and — only with permission — a location rounded to about a kilometre. Never anything about the people in your list. Type the address instead and it never happens.
  • No analytics and no tracking. Nobody is counting your taps, and no personal field is ever logged.
  • Delete means delete. Removing a person takes their rows, their photo file and their scheduled reminders with them.
  • Lock it. Face ID or your passcode, one switch in Settings.
  • Your backup is your file. Export the whole database and photo folder yourself, whenever you like. The file is unencrypted, so keep it somewhere you trust.
  • Anything else goes where you send it. App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Backups, calendar events, messages and recap images go to the apps or providers you choose, which may retain those copies under their own settings and terms.

Questions

Before you ask.

How many dates before the insights say anything?

Activity and recorded spending appear from the first logged date. Personal-experience summaries need at least five answered dates, and always show the response count. Leave any reflection unanswered when you prefer.

Is this a dating app?

No. There is no matching, public profile, feed or in-app messaging service. Date Manager is a private organiser for the people you are already seeing. If you choose to prepare an invitation or message, you preview it and hand it to a separate messaging app yourself.

Where is my data stored?

The database and photos are kept in Date Manager’s private app storage, which other ordinary apps cannot access. Nothing is synced to us and nothing is uploaded to us. Deleting the app removes its local database and photos from that installation — copies you exported, calendar events you created, and copies retained by an iOS device backup are controlled separately, which is why backup and restore exist.

Does it work without a signal?

Core planning, reminders, notes, reflections and insights work offline. Venue search, importing some map links, and App Store purchase or restore need a connection. You can always enter a venue manually. Reminders are scheduled by the phone itself, so they arrive in flight mode too.

Do I have to allow notifications?

No. The app asks only when you turn reminders on, and it stays completely usable if you say no.

Is there an Android version?

The app is built to run on both, but iPhone comes first. Send an email and it will make the case for Android.

What happens to my data if I stop paying for Pro?

Cancelling Pro does not delete anything you entered. Your records remain available, but Pro-only actions — venue search, device-calendar sync and backup or restore — stop, and the Free plan’s limits apply when the subscription ends.

Start logging. See what comes out.

One email when Date Manager reaches the App Store, and you can begin filling in the picture. Nothing before it, nothing after it.
